I purchased a grill during the Thanksgiving sale. Of course I did not put it together until it got warm.

While putting it together, I learned that the barrel of the grill did not match the grill I thought I had purchased on the box. So, I call their customer service and was informed that since it was pass their 90 day warranty, there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER purchase anything even associated with Member Mark; I don't care how cheap it is. First, I had a hard time getting the female agent to understand what I was saying, then she had an attitude because she did not understand what I was saying.

I wanted to snatch her through the phone. I now see that Sam's has changed grills to Chargriller.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
