This butter must be made with milk and not cream. A couple of years ago I knew that it was too liquid to bake with, I recently purchased it again - same thing.

Melt some in a frying pan and see how much more liquid there is compared to a premium brand. Since I bake often, I keep other butter for baking and yours for table butter. Thank you for your attention. That's all I have to say about the butter, why do you need 100 words?

Better quality cream please! Better quality cream please! Better quality cream please! Better quality cream please!

You are exactly right! We've noticed the same thing.

It is NOT quality cream butter. It doesn't even melt the same as the other brands of butter. We thought maybe it was just us being too picky.

Thanks for verifying our beliefs. We aren't nuts!
